ModeOne Technologies is proud to announce that CEO and Founder Matt Rasmussen will be speaking later this month at Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School’s eDiscovery class, where he’ll share insights on the future of digital forensics, mobile data collection, and innovation in legal technology.

Matt’s presentation will explore how emerging technologies are transforming the way legal teams collect, analyze, and manage mobile data. Drawing from ModeOne’s pioneering work in remote, targeted mobile data extraction, he’ll provide students with a practical understanding of how advancements in automation, privacy, and proportionality are reshaping eDiscovery practices today.

This isn’t Matt’s first time connecting with SIU students – he has presented to their eDiscovery program in previous years, as well as to other universities and legal education programs across the country. His continued involvement reflects ModeOne’s deep commitment to supporting the next generation of legal technology professionals and advancing education in the fields of data privacy, digital forensics, and litigation support.
